the TEAL Companies is the umbrella organization behind a growing set of ventures founded or co-founded by Ben Teal. The group exists to keep each company independent where it should be, shared where it makes sense, and aligned on what matters: craft, durability, and treating customers like adults.
We don’t chase trends. We build things we’d be comfortable running for a decade or more, and we partner with operators who want the same.
