the TEAL Companies is the umbrella organisation behind a small but growing set of ventures founded or co-founded by Ben Teal. The group exists to keep each company independent where it should be, shared where it makes sense, and aligned on what matters most: craft, durability, and treating customers like adults.

We do not chase trends. We build things we would be comfortable running for a decade or more, and we partner with operators who want the same. Some of our companies will be small forever, on purpose. Others will grow. None will be sold to pay for a yacht.
